Maybe in Finland, but not in America. There are plenty of frivolous
lawsuits over here that get through even though they don't make sense.

You've read the other thread discussing tort lawsuits, right? Seems like
if you hire the right lawyer, you can strike it rich in the U.S. legal
system no matter how little sense the suit makes.

They still cost money, tho. At least in many countries. And what's the
upside for Microsoft? Now the people who think Microsoft is evil can
use Windows more easily to stop buying Microsoft products?

Ever notice how people in a zombie movie never already know how to
kill zombies? Ask 100 random people in America how to kill someone
who has reanimated from the dead in a secret viral weapons lab,
and how many do you think already know you need a head-shot?

I NEED one of those lawyers! Where can I find one?! I need to be rich
to pay my present, (crap) lawyer!

Ehh.. Vista's worked pretty well at home. I have to admit I do like some
of the new features introduced to the shell. Though one thing that threw
me off was the fact that any new game installed on Vista that has been
written for Vista does not install in the start menu like everything
else. It gets installed in a special "virtual folder" called Games.
(Which is sort of neat, it gives ESRB ratings, your machine's rating
alongside the game's minimum and recommended ratings.) But, for those of
us who have gotten used to the mantra that all programs be installed
under the start menu, including games, its really counterintuitive. I
actually wound up making a direct shortcut to the exe of one game,
before I realized it was probably under the games item.

Well, that depends on how stupid you can be ;) It seems like the truly
stupid have no trouble finding these lawyers... :D
