Heh. If I knew then what I know now...

...well actually, that's the really pathetic part. I'd probably *still*
do everything completely wrong! :-(

I prefer ZBIV's quote "Life is wasted on the living." ;-)

Me too, but I though it too obscure to quote.
BTW does any native English speaker know if this should have been
ZBIVth? Just curious.

As an abbreviation, ZBIV would be fine, "IVth" isn't a construct I've
ever seen - for someone who is the fourth in a line, "First Last IV" is
how I believe it would be written. :)

And *nothing* from H2G2 is too obscure for some of us. It all depends on
just how hoopy you are. ;-)

btw: I found out last friday afternoon I didn't get the job ......

moday evening I was chatting with a fellow who gave some insight!

apparently this was a case of an IT consulting firm who had hired a
consultant to help them with the screen technial merit of the applicants.
needless to say (but i'm gonna say it anyways) I didn't agree with his
assesment of my technical skills. Am I the only on who see's a butt load of
irony here?

Sheesh
