Well, the documentation claims that OpenVPN is "an SSL VPN". But since 
SSL is defined to work over TCP... hmm. ;-)

A type O Rh + infused aluminium pan with a wooden base and a plastic  
handle with carbon steel insert.

[side-note - damn Opera I deleted a load of boojummed messages and it's

Well, I've also seen other SSL VPN solutions that work quite well, I'm 
not sure as well how it handles it.
