I posted it, but realized someone had posted before.  Pixar folks are great!

...only about 5 times!  They seem to update it regularly though, so worth 
keeping an eye on it.

Also I find there are a lot of useful papers on the nVidia website - a lot 
of the content discussed can be applied to raytracing too.
