Well, I wouldn't, but largely because I don't want to do 16 again.  For 
me, that was a year of maximum suckage.  17 wasn't bad, because I got to 
spend a couple weeks in the USSR on a concert tour, but really anything 
before 25 or so isn't something I care to repeat.
