I am... I was choosen as guinea-pig for testing future computer
configuration at work. Vista's not bad, really. _I_ see no compelling
reason for the switch from XP but I think MS must have made a really
good offer to the people who decided that.

Yes.
You need an advanced understanding of high-energy physics, free access to
the Large Hadron Collider in Geneva, a blender, 10 litres of blood from the
largest virgin girl you can find. Spray the blood on your keyboard, blend
the bloodied thing into a very fine powder, sent it to the LHC, wait for the
address should appear in all your posts.
One thing: make sure that the girl is a virgin, just asking politely by
email isn't enough. And yes, that's the really hard part, which explains why
nobody have web addresses in their sigs. It's never been done in fact.
Never.

Since you produce more or less the "Lord of The Rings" trilogy every day
(quantitatively speaking), you can't force people to datamine p.off-topic to
unearth it. Make life easier for them.

Well, if you scroll down a few threads it's still there... but in case
you killed it or something, I've added it to my signature. (I think!)

Unless your blog is really popular, it's not a good idea to force
people to register to leave comments.
Hint.
Hint.

I thought that as well today - unfortunately, though, if you don't force
people to register, you end up having to wade through pages of comment
spam and vandalism.

Unless you put something like this on. I'm using it and it's quite effective

Precisely. Wordpress has an Akismet plugin, which I believe comes with
Wordpress by default (if not, one can always install it). Since I
installed it, I think only one spam comment got through and it prevented
200 others.
