Hello,
I just downloaded Terragen and installed it and now I'm starting through
Carol's
tutorials. I read through the FAQs and a few pages of the reference manual,
but
I haven't got a clear idea yet of how POVray objects and Terragen landscapes
are united. They can be, can't they?
A brief explanation would be appreciated.
Thank you, Miker

It's not that simple. The easiest way is using forester
(http://www.dartnall.f9.co.uk/).
Its shareware, but inexpensive.
As far as I know, nobody else has written a macro to convert the camera
settings to povray format.
With forester you can mix terragen output with povray objects like plants,
trees, stones, houses or anything else.
Another way to use forester was described in
http://www.irtc.org/ftp/pub/stills/2002-06-30/allegory.txt, but it is
a bit difficult to understand.

Thank you, Norbert. It does look kind of complicated, going
from Terragen to Forester to Povray. I'll look it over and see
what I can do with it.
Thanks again, Miker
