IIRC, I had a problem with a lot of dependencies and then thought that
using Wine with the Windows version would take less time (I had to comment
on the annotations urgently). But I'm glad it served to re-evaluate Wine:
it's very useful to run these "must-have" applications that only run on
Windows, like IC or Poseray.

Well, finally I did put up two CGI&M items and more to come, but the
'music' requires an ActiveX component and I guess I have to rethink this
whole mess, maybe a blog-like setup would be better, anyway thats it for
now so...

Hey, I do dig that "Bist Du noch da" song!
Is the "staccato" guitar original performance or postwork? It really sounds
intriguing.
Excellent renders. I'm somewhat missing the blue light on the lonely woman's
face that was in the original shot. Just a bit of a filler, not strong enough
to illuminate the wall.

Guitars are all 'hand made' but also heavily post processed with lots of
digital effect machines.

Yes, me too, wanted to make it more subtle this time, guess its way too
subtle now. Oh yeah, seems I'll have to do a remake - in 7 years or so...

Great tool, thank you!
Slight UI issues:
I tried whether the mouse wheel would zoom, but
IC loaded the next image in the directory. I think
this is a bit harsh for a mouse wheel action, especially
if the directory also contains largish files ;) it may
have been an unintended side effect of mapping this
functionality to page up / page down.
Also, the zoom keys don't work initially as a fit
image to window lock is active by default. Usually,
zooming in overrides such a setting. Possibly, only
fit when resizing the window or loading a new image?
Finally, the popup menus display some strange boxes
after the text which reminds me of unix newlines in
a windows editor but could really be anything.

Hmm, in fact it was intended because I did find it
quite comfortable to leans relaxed back and browse
a directory with image maps by just using the mouse
wheel. But you definitely have a point here. It seems
everybody besides me does expect the wheel to work
for zooming.

I'll see what can be done about that for the next version.

That's indeed strange. What OS Version are you using?

XP SP2. I'll send you a small portion of a screenshot
by mail instead of starting a thread in p.b.i. I also
noticed the menu closes when you press the Alt key
which complicates making screenshots of it ;)

The problem has been fixed by the updated version
on the website.
