That doesn't help get the source file back to the state you had on the Nth
render though, does it? It just keeps a variety of stills lying around.

I think it is a good technique. I write a debug file with the clock
and the variables so I can zoom in on the values I want. Also
"Subset_Start_Frame" and "Subset_End_Frame" or "clock" are useful as
well. If you really want you can put the variables in the image.

Of course! Havn't been able to spend too much time on it yet as I've been
moving house.
I've got an edit window, with Systax Highlighting. It saves the versions of
the POV File ok.
I stopped on a problem. Maybe one of you guys can give me a pointer.
I can get POV to render the image but it keeps opening the applications
window. Is there a command line switch that stops it opening the POV
application window?

It's moving on. Now exits POV OK and copies the file the source file and
rendered image to a seperate folder. I've also got a viewing window in
place. All I need to do now is a Browseing interface that allows you to
scroll through all of the images in a folder.
