hallo everybody!

Is there any method to apply  something like a blurr effect to only an
object. The task should be to see the object and alle light effect like
trasparency and shadows not in a definite way, like it is out of focus, or
moving.

	Well, you can use focal blur, but it will affect the whole scene
depending on the distance from the camera (it works just like focus on
a real camera).

	Otherwise, megapov 0.7 has a motion blur feature that can work on
part of a scene.

	Or you could do it by hand by adding some transparency to your
textures and having several copies of the object with slight movement
(actually, I think that's how megapov's motion blur works internally).

No it's not, and in many cases it's a very bad approach, since it lets
you see the inside of the object, the different copies cast shadows on
each other and appear in each others' reflections etc. You may be able
to tweak the effect to minimize the side-effects, but sometimes you
can't get rid of them all. MegaPov 0.7 on the other hand internally
renders the objects several times and averages the results (which has no
side-effects). :)
