Great. Any chance to link engine with some on-line POVRay machine to render
signatures on-the-fly? ;)

When personalising to Attachment Download = In header as list,
the font used for the list is too big (bigger than other
elements in the message header). It should be the same size,
or perhaps a bit smaller.

I also think the Quoted Text Color available do not contrast
enough with the normal text. Perhaps there should be another
theme?

In order to allow us to reproduce the problem, please specify:

* Operating system, including version
* Browser, including version and non-standard settings
* Screen resolution and color depth

Ah, never mind, I found the problem and fixed it. Anyway, in general the
above information is needed to reproduce specific problem because every
browser/OS combination has its own bugs :-(

The themes are just stylesheets, so if you can cook one up that you think others would
like, feel free to contribute it to us.

Ah, I'm less puzzled now. There was no way I could reproduce
the problem. You can safely ignore the apology message I've
sent to you meanwhile. :-)

Yehaa, my mind is still functionnal!

I would like to warn new users that there is a delay between
the posting of a message with a news reader and its appearance
in the web interface. It's about two minutes.

So don't hit "Reload" like a madman, waiting for your message
to appear in the 100 newest messages list. :-)

If this delay is unavoidable, a word of warning should
perhaps be put on the pages?

To be more specific, the messages are processed every five minutes, starting on the
hour.

While doing some ego-surfing, I noticed that searching
for author names only returned the threads they created,
not those in which they participated.

(That's five threads for me, compared to a probably much
bigger number of posts).

Is there a way to have a listing of all the messages
posted by someone?

Sorry, this would slow down the display of the group list really a lot :-(

Indeed, with a fixed-width font they would look more symmetric.
Unfortunately using a different font in the lists doesn't look good at all
and there is no way to force any font to be fixed width.

It was a design choice use the current fast (google.com) view style instead
of the much slower and harder to navigate thread (deja.com) style view.

Thanks! Ken's idea and my code :-)

I hope so: The HTML is fairly small and simple. It also really complies to
HTML 4.01 Transitional which should help modern browsers to render the pages
more quickly.
