Oh, f***! I'll write Ron an e-mail immediately. Poor guy. Thanks for posting
the news, Ken.

BTW, I have a small suggestion. How about if nobody uses smileys for a week?
This would be a way of showing our grief, since we can't very well wear
black here.

Being a father of three I am deeply saddened by the news. My prayers are with the
family during this time.

Thanks Ken for including us.

This message hurts me. I'm a father of two.

Praying that you, Ron and your wife, will find the vitality to accept
the unacceptable. It's terrible. Deeply sorry but with you if it's OK
for you.

I can't imagine what to say via email. I thought to let time takes it's
course with their immediate family would be best. Almost didn't post any
message to this thread.

I was just thinking that Ron might not read these messages when only
posted here. At least that's what I thought Ken said.
It doesn't change the feelings of course. It's good to see this thread
grow, it seems to give of a lot of warmth in a way.

Like most people here, I am at a loss of words. Such a thing is so far beyond
anything in my experience that I can't even imagine what it must be like. I
almost feel guilty going on with my life because I know that such a quick healing
is impossible for you. Still, I wish to express my deepest sympathies for you and
your wife for what you must be going through, and for Phillip, who never saw what
he could become. If there was anything I could do to help, I would do it without
hesitation, but I don't believe that in a situation like this there is much that
anyone can do.
