Too late. :-)

OK, I got heaps of replies to the comment that I made... I'm going to choose
to reply to this one because I think Josh is the one that saw what I was
getting at...
As my reply is too off topic for this discussion group, I've posted it at
the following address instead of littering this group with my thoughts of
ethics and morals.
For anyone that cares to hear what I have to say (you don't have to if you
don't want to), please see
http://members.xoom.com/_XOOM/lancebirch/violentsociety.html
From a far, I sign off.

I got a server down or not responding response from your posted link so I
presume that is your statement in part and in whole. A social commentary
in it's own right.

But at least now we know where nature gets it's processing power....
btw: about 3 weeks before seeing it (and without knowing the plotline) a
friend asked me what I thought 'full' VR would be like.... conversation
branches took us various places, we ended up discussing *exactly* the plot
of The Matrix (right down to the 'battery humans')
scary
Have Fun

Freaky indeed :)
As soon as it came out in Australia I rushed to see it, the name itself made
me immediately interested!!! :) hehe
Speaking of matrices, where A,B,C are conformable and A,C are known, where
AB=C then B=A^-1C therefore B can be found if it is unknown... hehe, OK, I'm
done now...

If C has 100000 rows and columns or more you might think that finding
C^(-1) a difficult task even with a computer. :-)
