Hello again, fellow pov'ers.
I've suffered a few (hm, more) losses the latest time, and i've now
finally managed to get my system up and running in a satisfactional way.

So, it hasn't been much povvin'g at all since I left the newsgroups, but
now it seems that I'll be able to work again.

I no longer have access to my old files(dammit) and am thus starting all
over again.(*sigh*) for better or worse is yyet to be decided.

Well, this is a test post to see if my system actually is up and
running, and a greeting to you all.

pov thee well.

Oh well the party is over. Spider is back (sigh!).

You have the satisfaction of knowing that you posted a lot of your source
code for others and it can easily be retrieved from this server. Not is all
lost after all.

I know the feeling only too well. I've finally got around to buying a
CD-Recorder so I hope it's the last time I have to start over.

Same here. Been using a couple hard disk drives to keep duplicate files
on until now. It's a nice solution to file archiving.
Oh, and welcome back Spider. What a familiar name to see again. I've
been paying more attention to the newer names of late.

Only problem is doing that for 3 GB... (it just takes time...)

Anyway, welcome back Spider :)

Me too. I've lost 3 years work after a harddisk-crash.
:-(((((((((((((
(Most of it was rebuilt in not even half the time I needed the first time
:-))))))
(Reminds me that I should make backups now. I haven't made any for the past
year. Making the same mistake...)

It is so good to see you again, sir. I feel your pain over your lost files.
Before I got an antivirus I lost my stuff 3 times to virii. A few months ago
my HD went kaput. Strangely enough, I only lost 1 file. The rest of the HD
worked fine. Go figure... OK. Again, nice to have you back. =)
