you know this is the thing with pro cams, they have filters. would be nice to
have a set to choose from and put together.

docs on Bokeh (not in index), exterior_texture, and maybe exterior are unclear
or missing.

Built in image filters could be handy and there's been macro and patch
work toward this end over the years, but nothing yet pre-packaged.

As for the missing documentation index entries/subtrees, I know there
was significant work to clean up index entries for the 3.7.1 release. In
both the current http://wiki.povray.org/content/Reference:Keywords index
and the html in the 3.7.1 docs directory I see valid entries,
links/subtrees for bokeh, ior, interior, pattern, media and "include
files."

If you are running 3.7.0 or a 3.7.1 version prior to say the end of
2016, you might be seeing broken index issues already fixed. Otherwise,
not sure. I am running Ubuntu linux not windows.

With respect to "exterior_texture" there has never been such a keyword
to my knowledge. Rather just "texture" for the outside or exterior of
objects. For the inside or interior there is the "interior_texture"
feature.

concur with your findings with one exception ... i /did/ find that there
was indeed no bokeh entry so i added the appropriate indexentry tag in
the markup. windows version isn't my primary either but everywhere i
clicked i landed in the correct place.

yes the user /must/ be using outdated as christoph put considerable
effort towards this and i think he's called that issue fixed for a bit now

I did put some work into it, but to little avail. In the end it was your
re-organizing of the docs that turned out to solve the bulk of the index
issues :)
