It allows you to export a shape to a DXF file. Using Crossroads, that
can be converted to a POV file (a gargantuan mesh).

Odd. For me it opens a silly little 3D.Com window upon startup, but it
doesn't
attempt an internet connection.
Perhaps it wants you to register? Or did you register it already?

Oh. Thanks. Well, DXF is alright enough. Now if I can convince myself to go through
another 5 (yes, mistake about it being 4) hours of download time.

How do you register it? I tried installing it at home
(where I don't have an internet access), but it asks for the
cd and registration information... :(

Hmmm, I don't remember. Seems that it prompted me
immediately after installation, and I registered through the
web and an e-mail was sent to me with the registration number.
Not sure, now. :-?

I have too big trouble with downloading. I live in Russia, connecting
through 56K modem. I tryed ~10 times downloading with eBot, but not success.
Direct connection with no reget. If it possible upload it on some ftp/http
server with reget possibility.

Ernest.

Yes I registered. I'm getting the same 3D.com window - but I am assuming
its trying to get updates from their site.
