The interior of the second wagon is done, so time for an update.
One advantage of creating a computer generated image in stead of a physical
object is that multiple objects are easier. I remember from my Titanic days that
somebody was not really looking forward to building 200 deck chairs. In Povray
that's a lot easier.....

Cheers
Ton.

Reminds me of the days when I travelled a lot by train through Europe:
the lack of leg room, especially when travelling by night (low budget!
so no TEE either)

No. That was after my time; I am older than that. ;-) Me and parents
just happened to be living in a different country from the other members
of the family. So all through the nineteen fifties and sixties we
travelled a lot by train and I continued that through the seventies
after which I switched to planes.

It's a little while, but the second coach, wagon, carriage, whatever, is
finished. That means I'm halfway, only two more to go.

Cheers
Ton.

I just thought, "wait, I missed finishing the Titanic". So I went back
to look ...
Sorry about your Christmas Massacre. :(

Looking at these, I, too, am reminded of my days riding the SBB.

Thomas, the coffee-car is the next one.
Dick, this train was a co-operation of the NS and SBB.

Here is a photo of the combined train so far.

Cheers
Ton.

Here is the interior of the dining car, or restaurant car.
All this needs now is rain protection...

Cheers
Ton.
