No, Cousin Ricky is American but not from the mainland. He is from an
exotic Island in the Caribbean. I on the other hand am British.

Yes, there is something special about the language of Royals... It was
said of our former queen that she was the only one in the country to
speak like she did.

I did not mean it like that but it is true.
Steve Bell, the Guardian cartoonist, does a good job of capturing their
accent.
I could not find any of his early ones.

Hint: Images like yours, which are mostly "flat" with slight gradients,
are prone to colour banding, which can be distracting at times (most
notably when the variations are predominantly in the green channel;
fortunately that's not the case in your image). To avoid such artifacts,
POV-Ray 3.7 supports dithering, which can be enabled via the "+th"
command-line switch.
