I thought I used used Megapov for the "only" date() function.

Megapov glow was used in case it was anymore efficient to a scripted glow.

Is that length input the radius or diameter? lookin at this partial eclipse I am
thinking I have no idea.
another way to put it,
using diameter of the sun for vector length, the shadow appears about 2+ times
the size of the moon. is that about right?
hmmm.. more research ... needed

3 hrs of overkill it was mostly rendering.
something more reasonable would be to separate HYG into HD, Hipparcos and
Gliese.
(HR=0)
FlamBayer+Gliese = 5516 + HP = 9423
But keep apart for separation into smaller cats if needed:
