Andy Scott yes, I have seen some indeed. An approach that is not that 
much different from Gormley and yet with a totally different aura.

Recently, there was a documentary about him here on TV. He is a very 
likeable personality with a deep feeling for human nature and the social 
context. He makes fascinating art, sometimes subtly disturbing but 
always with compassion.
