Today it's our independence day, the age of Finland as an independent
country raised for 89 years. Other than that, hasn't been a really good
day for me. I really feel thankful for the soldiers who have defended
our country in wars, to keep Finland a free and independent country.
Surely 'cause my head's been kinda mystery for even myself today I got
this idea very late, and I've made this in an hour, while also pushing
one other project forward. The flag's solid, since it's made of 6 boxes.
I couldn't get an idea how I could make it to wave like a real flag
does, while keeping all the measures right (ideas approved).

I'm off to bed now, good night.

The mauve on the horizon is a nice touch.

As far as the rippling flag, bicubic patch is the traditional means.

Didn't know you had grass in Finland. I though you only had snow.

Just kidding,
John

Actually we've had snow here for some days, came rather late this time.
I imagined grass was faster to make, since I made it with just a plane
with normal statement. Snow would need a path to the flagpole :p.

Of course we do, I live in southern Finland. There's sun for few hours
per day :).

Well, AFAIK it was not only the soldiers but to the same extent
it was Finland's subtle and successful diplomacy.

You'll probably know why ;-)

Good night.

Well yes, of course. Anyway, the people who worked back then for us are
the people I have more respect than anyone else. For some reason, I
always talk about the soldiers.

I actually already know why. Problem for me was the issue, not the reason.

Thanks.

!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "megapov" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your
request:
- media-gfx/megapov-1.0 (masked by: missing keyword)
