This is a glass cone with rippled surface, illuminated from the other side
by red, blue, and yellow lights. One frame from an animation I did a couple
years ago.

I assume you mean anti-alias. It took me about an hour to find the original
file on my old computer, and for some reason when I  render it now it comes
out differently from the original. But here's another view rendered with
anti-aliasing.

Different versions of pov yield different
effects when using normals; I remember
a scene rendered in 3.0 gave rather
smooth normals and that 3.5 gave
less smooth normals.

Still pretty cool, though.
