Agh.. one day I'll find the time to code 'real' scenes, but for now I seem to be stuck
in
minimal abstract stuff. Anyway, I think it's quite pretty.

I don't think it is completly abstract. This can be city viewed from plane
through hole in clouds :-)

extremely cool, you just should have backed off a bit so there is no hard
edge as in the R&L sides...

Thanks, and good point about the sides. I'll re-render.

The fact that you see somthing in it makes it an abstract. If the artist
intended you to see something in it. If the artist created it just for the
look that was created then it is call non-objective art.
I thank it is a very good non-objective piece and it looks like it could be
great for the background of a webpage or titleing of a video.
As for getting around to real scenes I would say this is better than some of
the "real" scenes I have seen. A grood graphic artist has to learn how to
make simple shapes look great. you did just that. Good job.

To add to that. If you animated the blocks moving slowly up and down in
random or perhaps with a factal patern it would be great as a background of
a video title. It would eat up a lot of bandwidth to use it animated on a
webpage but it would look good animated there as well.
