Doing some model rebuilding and rigging for the new robot movie. This
is a quick test reel of the hero robot (the one-wheeled fellow) and an
extra. I changed the way they're rigged so it's not as cumbersome a
process as the first movie was **shudder** Anyway, the link:

Didn't work for me either. No errors, but the real player just didn't play
anything.

Works fine now! Looks cool, and they start and stop very smooth.
Not jumpy, as they would if I had done it. Neat!

It downloads and plays now, but I get lots of large coloured squares
flashing up all over the place throughout the animation.
Maybe my player or the particular codec or something? Anyway, I can see the
animation now.

Regards,
Chris B.

I got that too, with Windows MediaPlayer.
No such problems in VLC media player though.

Thanks for the compliment. It remains to be seen how smooth the "real"
animation turns out, although we're a few months away from that...

Not sure what's going on there. I used ffmpeg compiled on Mac OS X to
turn the Sorenson 3-compressed Quicktime file to MPEG-1. Probably some
switch or flag I didn't set -- I'm not as knowledgeable about these
things as I'm sure I should be :/

Same trouble as others had. I can see the animation but it won't play in WMP
10. I tried more of yours and they either show colored blockiness or nothing
at all with blips of sound. I have just reinstalled DivX and some other
codecs but something's wrong with that ffmpeg compatibility to WMP.

Too bad for me because I really wanted to see those.
