In POV 3.5 Beta 11,
On Windows 95, Compaq PII 266 with 64m Ram.
When I change the font size the font on screen doesn't change, and
when you go back into the dialog box the settings have been set back
to the default. I've tried restarting POV, and restarting the PC
but this doesn't solve it, I'm stuck with the default font.
Colurs change as expected and the changes are retained after restarting
POV.
PS: Small request, a Block Curser option.

Ok now I find that in the dialog you have to click on a font name first,
(by default there isn't a font selected as such), here the plot thickens.
I change the font settings, and it changes them on screen and saves the
new setting. But after working for a minute or two I discover that I've
made a bad choice of font so go back into the dialog box to change it and
all the other fonts have disapeared apart from the one that I selected
last time, so now I really am stuck.
I've tried typing other font names into the dialog box but the result is
that it doesn't chand the font (it keeps the one I selected last time).

POV 3.5 Beta 11, PII 266 64M Ram, Windows 95
OK if I go into the POV 3.5 Beta 11 Editor and change the font
to Terminal all other fonts then disappear, the same happens if I
select the font MS Gothic. If I select either Courier, Courier New
or Fixedsys the only these three will be available in future.
The problem doesn't occur in 3.1g, and the problem can't be solved
by uninstalling and reinstalling POV 3.5. Restarting the machine
makes no difference.
The problem is only fixed temporarily by removing the registry entry
in Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\POV-Ray\v3.5\POV-Edit
Name: Font
Removing FontStyles doesn't have any effect on this problem.
I hope this is a better explanation of the problem.
Cheers
Steve
