The PSU in my computer failed and, in the process, cooked my motherboard
and some other bits and pieces. It's taken a few weeks to order the
replacement parts and get it up and running again. This has resulted in
a rather longer delay since the last known bugs list that I had
intended.

job000192
BTW, see note by Nathan in this thread! The declare without # is actually
legal, but the parser still has a problem somewhere. Maybe title it "Parser
will ignore the first token following old-style declares without a #." or
something along those lines...

Could someone first verify that this is actually a problem and not just a
user misunderstanding the orthographic camera?

I have to bring this one up again:
Camera is off by half a pixel
http://news.povray.org/3bccc696@news.povray.org
It was confirmed by several people, and I even told you exactly how to fix
it, but I haven't seen any resolution yet.

It's a problem. Objects disappear when close to camera and objects
not in the frame affect visibility of other objects.

Yes. At least me and John VanSickle have been annoyed by it. It's a problem,
for example, when you try to make a box that fits exactly within the
camera's view. Go to Insert > Scene templates > Orthographic scene, which
attempts to do exactly that. Add background { red 1 } or something to make
the background visible, and render the scene with antialiasing on. You'll
see a thin red line down the left and bottom of the image. (If you don't add
the red background there will be a thin black line instead, which is less
noticable in the render window but still a problem.)
