I have included two images and the source code. The first image is the
actual output, the second I used green circles to highlight the areas I am
referring to. This image was created by simply allowing the render to get
about 10 percent complete then stopping and then (using the +c switch)
continuing the render. I stopped and continued the render several times.
As you can see the coloration of the image changed each time I did a
continue even though no code was changed. The background, metal box and the
wood box were all changed. This also happens within Megapov 0.7. ( I
haven't tested with any other versions.)

Appears to be radiosity. Continue works as intended.
Without the radioisty the image can be continued without alteration, with
radiosity it changes each time.

This is known limitation with radiosity and has been the same way since
radiosity was first introduced. Mega-Pov had an option to save the
radiosity data from the first pass into a file which could be re-used
during a continued render to solve the problem. I don't recall if this
made it into v3.5 as an option or not. You might try checking the docs
in the radiosity section.

Yes it has been included in v3.5. Unfortunately the Docs fors radiosity have
not be finished yet and you will have to figure out how to use this on the
scant evidence presented.

Check the MegaPov docs - they explain how to use loadfile and savefile (I
think those are the keywords).
