  Moss/Grass test images

Here are some test images (in composite) for my moss/grass macro which I
have resumed work on while waiting on some input on the snow macro.

I have started messing with the mesh{} object as the CSG moss fronds were
just insanely slow.

In the image having obvious artifacts (diagonal lines), I will need to
wiggle the trace vector some, as it uses sin and cos. Additionally due to
the fact I am tracing a very narrow cone (so a frond has fronds) there are
floating pieces, which need to be fixed.

One donut image looks like the grass is growing around a cylinder inside
the hole, but its not. That is simply an effect of the length of the grass
and its growing in a circular void.

There will be a number of moss models colored and modeled after real types.

Right now there isn't much to show off; but then again the progress made
isn't entirely garbage either.

As always ideas are always appreciated.
