The ability to use my nipples to tune into JazzFM and control my

An enhanced EM sense would be nice, possibly another thumb, rewiring of  
our eyes, separation of waste and procreation organs, a lower error rate  
on cell duplication, separation of food and air intakes, extra nictitating  
membrane on eyes and nostrils, concious control of pain receptors as  
standard, better waste disposal management. Give me time and I'm sure I  
could come up with many more.
