No Camp Boss is his title or job description. It is an oil company thing. The
boss of the compound is called the OIM. 
Not skipping but drowning (in embarrassment) 

I mentioned this to one of the prostitutes back at the hotel I was staying at.
She almost fell over laughing. Ah well I don't mind that. She thought that I
thought that he was a batty boy. (I'm mixing my slang but I noticed the same
thing in Jamaica)
