If you submit two images, do you get to vote twice on other images? (I
assume not).
What's to stop a competitor (apart from morals) from giving very low votes
to any potential winners, thus boosting their own images chances? Could the
range of votes given (i.e. max and min as well as average) be posted to
avoid this possibility (or at least to highlight a possibility that it had
happened)?
Even ignoring the above possibility, it might be nice to see the range of
votes given anyway.

There's some kind of measure based upon your scores and the scores of others
to mitigate this. It will always be an issue, of course.

This would be nice, but I'd rather see it from the picture end, ie, min,
max, mean and variance of the votes for each pic for each category. That
would give some idea of which pictures were contentious for what things, or
if many people voted a picture high except for a few low scores, or
whatever. Interesting information to the artist, certainly, and possibly
useful for the IRTC after a couple of cycles.
I'm not certain I'd want to know who took the time to vote, much less what
kind of scores they gave out. Voting should be somewhat private.

Who's judging the judges?

This is what I meant - I considered the idea of listing the individual votes
(and voters), but like you felt that it would be an intrusion.

Presumably Michael Hammel, the Admin responsible for all things related to
judging.
BTW, that's a strange question coming from a recent winner. :)
