Memory Allocation Bug

I have a scene that creates a Memory Allocation fault. The short dump
can be found here.
http://hometown.aol.co.uk/McAvoyS/PovTest/POV-Ray-3.7.0.beta.26.msvc8-sse2.win32-48304D2A.dmp

And the pov file here.

If you increase the #while( Count < nn ) [Line 2518] to 30 or more
Beta 25 or 26 crashes when parsing (dump file). Using the same scene
with Pov-Ray 3.6.1c or Megapov 1.2.1, the scene is parsed but does not
render.
I did do a full dump but it is 1G3 and not suitable for posting :)
This fault was confirmed by Thomas de Groot and Dr John.
My m/c specs are:
