Just a quick note... the letters on the side of the F/A 18 aren't
random. That's a picture of a bird from VMFA-85. What does that mean?
It means that it's a carrier squadron (V, don't ask me why), a Marine
Corps unit (M) a fighter squadron (F) and an attack (A) squadron. (The
F/A 18 is a multi-mission aircraft, and can fill both fighter and attack
roles).
You should make sure that you think about what the markings on the side
of your aircraft mean, as well.
