Why ? You asked how to select lines from 8605 to 17361 in an easy way. Select
for what? For copying into another file? Do Ctrl+A to select content in
editor, Ctrl+C to put it in clipboard, and finaly call undo twice to return
earlier cuts and be at initial state.
