As Torsten already said the MegaPOV currently available for download 
requires the official POV-Ray 3.5 distribution to work.  There will be 
eventially a new version of MegaPOV based on POV-Ray 3.6 but for MegaPOV 
1.0 this will stay as it is, no matter how much you complain.
