I happened to mistype something in the command line box and it resulted
in an invalid page fault. It correctly reports in the message pane:-

"Possible Command Line Error: Could not open INI file 'clock'."

But it also then crashes with

"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
If the problem persists, contact the program vendor."

"PVENGINE caused an invalid page fault in module PVENGINE.EXE at
018f:004516a4."

To reproduce the error, type any word that isn't the name of an ini file
either in the command line section of the tool bar or in the command
line options box in the "ini" pane.
