Somewhere in the process of building the docs all capitals are lost, so 
I can't make a difference between macro's, functions and identifiers. 
Also there are several identifiers that are shared among features.
So I chose to always go to an identifier, if there are more than one 
use, the most obvious is chosen (IMO). For the others "sub-items" are 
made for the index.
For your example, in the index you'll find:

interpolate   --> jumps to SDL (and works with F1)
    	macro      --> jumps to math.inc (doesn't work with F1)

If I remeber weel, there ar only four or five macros that share aname 
with an identifier.
