Impossible with the current version of POV-Ray. POV-Ray scripts can only
read comma separated data.

What you could do is to write an external program that would read
through the CR2 file and generate something that a POV script could
read. You'd probably also want to have something that would convert the
associated geometry files to POV mesh2 objects whilst preserving the
"actor" information.
