I claim that my "Date" headers are correct. Something really weird is
going on with the X-Headers that are added by povray.org.
I happen to use "NEWNEWS" to collect usenet messages from my local ISP
(which happens to be rather uncommon) the time and time zone on my
computer has to agree with that of my ISPs news server. My dialup script
includes commands to correct my clock every time I log on. I would
certainly know about it if this were not working.

The X-Trace and Date on that announcement are clearly inconsistent. My
guess would be that there's a problem with the X-Trace.
