YouTube has been fighting with the record companies since the first user
posted the first song. They have negotiated arrangements, the details
of which I don't know. I see songs all the time posted with "no
copyright infringement intended" as they are quite blatantly infringing
copyright, yet the videos remain. In the early days of YouTube, the
record company would have taken them down.
If your videos are allowed remain, I am sure of only one thing: In the
event that your channel becomes monetized, all revenues from your videos
will be sent straight to the record company.
