I'd say yes, but also IANAL.

Both entities deal with the visual arts (in different manners).

I'd be more worried about Mr. Hollywood coming after us;
I'm not worried about it though, our usage and trademark predates his.

(Fox News is trying to trademark "OK, boomer".  They claim they are 
going to create a sitcom or game show on the name. So, really they're 
not.  They just want to be able to sue anyone who picks on old white 
people.)
