More appropriate than I thought.
At least you got out of the office for half a day and had a free coffee,
to boot. :)
You would not credit the dumbness of some people. "We have a service
contract, they can read the manual for us."
And thinking about it it. If they can't operate a touch screen espresso
machine then they shouldn't be let loose with one that hisses and spits.
