not really.
Unless your default camera is
...
  up image_height*y
  right image_width*x
...
but that's not the camera you get from

camera{ orthographic }

|| up: 0.000, 1.000, 0.000
|| right: 1.330, 0.000, 0.000
|| location: 0.000, 0.000, 0.000
|| direction: 0.000, 0.000, 1.000
