Not convinced.

If by "that distance" you meant the IPD, then I would have to conclude
that your palms must be exceptionally slender, even a lot more so than mine.

If by "that distance" you meant those 13 cm, then I would have to
conclude that you either must have "hands like toilet seats" as we say
in German, or that you meant "hand" rather than "palm" (with yours being
reasonably wider than usual).
