For the frame rate: Whatever will give you an acceptably smooth 
animation. 24 and 30 FPS are normaly good values.

For the resolution and aspect ratio: Your pick. It depends on what you 
want to show the animation on, is it indended to be full screen, 
windowed or in a smaller frame inside a window?
