You don't realy need to uninstall version 3.5 as version 3.7 install in 
it's own directory.
If you go for version 3.6.x, it will install over the old version.

Owever, I strongly recommend that you uninstall the very old and 
outdated version 3.5, BUT, your architectural programm may use some old 
features from 3.5 that are deprecated, changed, or have been removed, 
like the glow and athmosphere.

You should go for the version 3.7. This will take full benefit from your 
multi-cores CPU. Version 3.6.x can only use a single core.

Version 3.7 comes in both 32 and 64 bits versions. Take version 3.7, 64 
Bits to fully use your computer's power.
