Remember I'm using a laptop with no extra cooling.

Yes I would be suspicious of a reading greater than 100.

Cool down time seems good.

Indecently my dual core is running at about 48 degrees after a couple of 
hours of SSLT. I'll just run my big laptop on 6 cores, just now.
