11 for photon time...

Testing with --benchmark, it seems photon get a +3 bonus everytime.

Render Time:
  Photon Time: 0 hours 0 minutes 2 seconds (2.448 seconds)
              using 15 thread(s) with 2.840 CPU-seconds total
  Radiosity Time:   No radiosity
  Trace Time: 0 hours 2 minutes 40 seconds (160.229 seconds)
              using 12 thread(s) with 1881.057 CPU-seconds total

Render Time:
  Photon Time: 0 hours 0 minutes 2 seconds (2.496 seconds)
              using 7 thread(s) with 2.892 CPU-seconds total
  Radiosity Time:   No radiosity
  Trace Time: 0 hours 5 minutes 21 seconds (321.634 seconds)
              using 4 thread(s) with 1281.622 CPU-seconds total
