Yes, that's right. An official intel.com software blog is talking about 
Haskell. And they've released some software too.

As it turns out, the software is a complete reimplementation of CnC in 
100% pure Haskell. (So, its performance depends on how good GHC is.) I 
have no idea how complete it is compared to the C++ version (nor how 
fast...)
