 From my experience in 3D graphics class (back when "3D graphics" was line 
drawings with pen plotters and clipping textures to polygons was pretty 
cutting edge), I remember that many more people could do the cross-eyed 
rather than the divergent. I'd say 4 or 5 to 1, at least.
